Where to start: 5 steps
- Download the ZIP and open the guide (PDF).
- In the sheet Settings enter the names of your areas and auditors.
- Print the audit card and run your first audit in one area, together with the shift leader.
- Enter the scores in the sheet Scores and see the result on the dashboard.
- Complete the action plan and return to the area after 2–3 weeks.
